To say it sounds absurd would be an understatement: A biochemist in New Jersey who specializes in shark repellent buys a shuttered church in a riverside village 200 miles to the north. He wants it for its organ.
A former musician turned pastor is flooded out of his Fort Plain parish and needs a new home for his congregation.
The pair connect because of a random visit to a cheese shop.
